The photographer Depara immerses us in his youthful years in Kinshasa-Léopoldville from the years 1955-1965. Turning point of Independence when at night, the rules of society no longer exist. All are free themselves from all constraints. Congolese and Europeans find themselves together in the hot districts of the most exuberant capital of Africa.
