* Revue Noire is a publisher and bookshop governs by the French law.

* The prices indicated on the Web site are established at the time of the publication of the work and are for new books (except contrary indications).

* Revue Noire sarl commits himself to dispatch the command and carrying out shipping as of agreement of payment of the bank under 4 working days more by Priority Post (app. shipping delay : France 2 to 3 days ; CEE 3 to 5 days, other countries 6 to 12 days).

* Any book damaged at the time of shipping will have to be turned over to the salesman with his expenses, to be replaced gracefully without another expenses on request to order@revuenoire.com

* In the event of nonreception under 15 days, and after complaint near the local post office, the work could be send again by the salesman on request at order@revuenoire.com after confirmation of the address shipping.

* The sale of its works is done via :
- its network of distribution-diffusion for its new publications in the specialized bookshops of the trade (VILO France, COERNERHOUSE United Kingdom, DAP North America, Caribbean, Japan) ;
- its own bookshop in Montparnasse, Paris 14e, 8 rue Cels, subway Gaité or Denfert-Rochereau, open of 9h to 18h of Monday at Friday or on rendez-vous.
- its Internet site www.revuenoire.com and its shop of securized purchase via the Popular Bank (Cyberplus system) accepting the credit cards Visa, Master and Euro Card, American Express. The Cyberplus system is responsible for the confidentiality and the cashing of the purchase by credit card.

* All claims will be settled under French law and tribunal and court of Paris 14e.
